About MJH Resources - set up by Margaret Henson
MJH Resources was created by Margaret Henson to address the needs of companies that don't have a dedicated in-house trainer, but still want to offer their customers a top quality professional service by dedicated staff. Margaret spent 20 years in medium-large scale organisations and has created a company that will fulfil the needs of businesses, who want experienced staff that are empowered to offer great customer service. This not only helps with retaining the current customer database, but also increases it by bringing in new customers via word of mouth recommendations. Staff will feel empowered in their role within the company and offer greater dedication to both the company and the customer. This training also reduces workplace stress because of the confidence the staff have in their role.
In May 2010, Margaret became a Companion of the Institute of Customer Service through her work on Inductions, CPD Training, Customer Service courses and soft skill courses. She promotes the ethos of the Institute and ensures that all courses meet the high standards she has set for successful candidates.
MJH Resources believes in Continuous Personal Development (CPD) through further role training with the support of the soft skill courses to improve confidence, customer experience and then the Company may wish to consider applying for ICS training marks. Each company has different needs and the courses will be written and delivered for YOUR business with YOUR specific needs being met, and not a course that meets only some of your requirements. By spending time with your company and its staff MJH Resources can ensure that the needs of your business and those of your staff are met.
